libisocodes-dev software package provides access of iso-codes data and translations - development files, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libisocodes-dev
libisocodes-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libisocodes-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libisocodes-dev *
You will get with libisocodes-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
